Scouts

What to Expect

By joining Scouts BSA Troop 126, you can expect the following:

• Scouts will become more independent

• Scouts will get opportunities to be outdoors (camping, hiking, etc)

• Scouts will learn skills that cannot be taught in sports or in the classroom

• Scouts will make mistakes.  Learning is done when mistakes are made.  Scouting provides a safe place where Scouts have more responsibility and decision making.

• Scouts will work in groups of other Scouts

• Scouts will teach other Scouts

• Scouts will have fun
